About Paula
With over 30 years of negotiating skills and a member of the local community for 40+ years I am able to provide a strong and solid real estate experience for my clients and the individuals of our community.
I service the York Region, South Simcoe area from Richmond Hill to Barrie and surround communities.
Educated in Interior Design, I also flip houses, doing a lot of the renos personally so I know my way around hammers and saws.
I’m not one who sits on the sidelines, I believe you are what you sell. With that, I actively invest in real estate. Going beyond homeownership, I’m also an investor in rental properties.
I work with a team of professionals from photographers, to stagers to marketing guru’s to ensure every listing receives maximum potential and exposure.
When not working, I spend my time with my grown children, my husband and grandson. On hot summer days I’m found on the soccer field, and on cold winter days I’m in the sunny south.
